If you compile a Exception who inherits the Exception class throws an PHP error.
bcompiler 1.0.2s.

Test script:
class TestException extends Exception {}
echo "ok!";

Expected result:

Actual result:
500 Error code.

In error log file:
PHP Fatal error:  unable to inherit Exception in Unknown on line 0

Suspending this report as the extension have not had a release for almost 6 years.  Please revive this if the extension once again shows life
