Script was running IMP Imap Mail System 1.1.0 stock out of archive.

configured with ./configure --with-apache=/root/apache_1.3.0 --with-mod_charset=n --with-gd=no --with-msql --enable-debug=no --enable-track-vars=yes

NO php3.ini files used
