Description:
------------
The "search" box on the upper right corner of the site sometimes return search
result that are dead links.

For example,

- go to the php.net home page
- in the search box, type "magic quotes".
- in the "in the" dropdown, select "all php.net sites"
- click go

The first search result has the title "Comillas Mágicas" (Magic Quotes in
Spanish) and points to: php.net/manual/es/security.magicquotes.php

Click on it

Expected result:
----------------
If the page does not exist, it should not be shown in the search results. If the
page does exist, the link in the search results page should work and lead to the
page.

Actual result:
--------------
A search result page is shown containing dead link to pages that no longer exist.
