$_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'] et $_SERVER['SERVER_PORT'] sont maintenant disponible dans 
l'implémentation du builtin CLI server

plusieurs amélioration et corrections de bugs dans le coeur du langage, le Zend 
Engine et d'autres extensions
