backslash-n in all questions output by dot-slash-setup

My last submission seemed to have swallowed the description I gave when I used the backslash n at the beginning...

DAMN!!! The little Bug-Description field on the submission form is not being printed on the "Thank you" page. This stuff was typed in the big box on the submission form...

I first noticed this when I tried to submit #605, which is why the "short desc:" and details are sorta bogus.

Corrrect, complete description:

While the "Bug-Description" -> "Short Desc.:" makes it through to the database, it does not appear on the thank you page after submitting a bug report.

Dup of #605, which was fixed.
