please check the subdomain translate.php.net.
it shows an index with files of pootle.
the intention was to translate the documentation with pootle, 
but the system never went live and is now done with the online documentation 
editor. 

i suggest taking translate.php.net offline or using the subdomain for redirection 
to the online editor.

Log: translate. is no longer use and the idea has been abandoned really (bug#60495)

This bug has been fixed in SVN. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the SVN server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.
