Description:

Can't edit files in "work in progress" or "patches".
1) edit file and/or move it to patch. In both cases files moved to
"work" table.
2) Commit same files directly through svn. 
3) Update edit.php.net svn working copy and DB files.
4) Can't edit or do something with files in "work in progress" or "patches".
Only through "all files" we can cancel changes.
