while trying to build php that uses system's crypt(), I had to change ext/standard/config.m4 a little bit, see patch I enclosed.

Expected result:
php using system's crypt() when it provides all algorithms as php's implementation (as says).

That's a really ugly patch with lots of lines that don't appear to actually 
change anything. Please ignore whitespace changes when you generate your patches.
