It would be usefull if user could see which of translated files need to be 
updated. It would be better to add this number in string that contains all files 
that need to be updated.

What do you mean ?

You want to display the number of YOUR file who need to be updated  ?

Something like this, in the title of the module : 

Need update (6 files - 3 of yours)

This bug has been fixed in SVN, and should show up online in an
hour or three.
