Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been fixed
in the latest released version of the package, which you can download at
http://pecl.php.net/get/ibm_db2

Hi,

This option is already present in the IBM_DB2 extension. Look at the sample program: http://svn.php.net/viewvc/pecl/ibm_db2/trunk/tests/test_queryTimeout.phpt?view=markup
