many pecl extensions need to provide windows dll downloads.
but there is no relevant input field in the package edit form.

it would be better if pecl web provide a custom link option(input). allowed maintainers to added some custom links like download link.

now we can only do this through putting html in description , like:

I think the simplest solution is to talk to the Windows team[1] to
provide the respective DLLs.  Apparently, that happened regarding
Yaf, so I'm closing this ticket.
