when I fill out the pecl account register form then submit
I got the error says that submit to svn accout faild.

than if I re-submit again , I got the error says: username 
already taken.

this make me so upset.

plz fixed this bug , and then clear all the previous form data 
with username: laruence , xinchen, xinchenhui,,,,

I've just noticed this report, AFAIK Pierre solved this 
(created the pecl user for you), I removed the other two 
accounts from the db.

your original problem was related to this issue:
http://pecl.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=22762
before my fix on that, you couldn't see why your account-
request failed(duplicate username).

btw. the account request/login system is under a major 
refactoring, hopefully it would make our life easier.
