Trying to install the 0.2.2 (currently latest) version throws 
a compilation error:

/tmp/pear/temp/amqp/amqp.c:39:18: error: amqp.h: No such file 
or director


Got same issue on a Debian Squeeze setup.

Reproduce code:

I missed the part from 
http://www.php.net/manual/en/amqp.installation.php about 
installing rabbitmq-c first. Now it compiles fine.
