This extension requires sqlncli.h to be available.

If not, the build fails.

But configure.js doesn't report this dependency.

Adding ...


to config.w32 will provide the necessary warning during the 
configuration process and not halt the build.

This applies to both sqlsrv and pdo_sqlsrv
