Description:
------------
I'm running EasyPHP 5.3.6.0, that's running with Apache 2.2 using the PHP module, version 5.3.6. I configured it to use the new APC 3.1.8 Beta.

All PHP scripts work well, but if I load the apc.php file into the browser, and reload the page a few times, Apache/PHP gets stuck/hangs and I need to kill the Apache processes and restart Apache to fix it.
