After i installed APC-beta by pecl install, when i check Php -
v.It appear 
PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: apc: Unable to initialize module
Module compiled with module API=20050922, debug=0, thread-
safety=1
PHP    compiled with module API=20060613, debug=0, thread-
safety=1
These options need to match

You have old PHP header files on your system and it built 
against these instead of the newer version of PHP you are 
running.  Clean up your system.  No bug here.
