Configure line is:
./configure --disable-debug --with-mysql=../mysql --with-apache=../apache_1.3.12 --with-imap=../imap-4.7c --with-xml --enable-ftp --enable-track-vars

We get occasional crashes where the php error log fills up with lines:

'PHP Fatal error: ht=002a77e4 is already destroyed in zend_hash.c:519 in Unknown on line 0'

Restarting apache fixes the problem. We're unable to trace if it's a particular function that causes the error.

Previous bug reports have mentioned similar errors which were supposedly fixed prior to 4.0.0, but I'm still seeing it! Any ideas?
