When a query is run that returns a non-result resource 
statement and this is not captured within a local variable it 
gets garbage collected and results in the following error:
Warning: ingres_query(): Error: 7 - Unable to close non-
result resource statement in /path/to/code on line XYZ
The query below would cause such an error.

Reproduce code:
---------------
ingres_query($connection,"set session read write ,isolation level read uncommitted");


Expected result:
----------------
The resource is garbage collected gracefully.

Actual result:
--------------
An error is produced.

This bug has been fixed in SVN.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
