In order for people to verify the download, we should also upload a text file which contains the hash value caluclated by SHA1 or MD5.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been fixed
in the latest released version of the package, which you can download at
http://pecl.php.net/get/WinCache

Uploaded the md5 and sha1 files to the wincache project location.
