Segmentation fault when passing invalid port in url to http_get()

How to reproduce:

http_get('http://example.com:100000/');

PHP Warning:  http_get(): Could not parse URL (http://example.com:100000/)
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Only the warning that it can parse URL and not the seg fault :)

This bug has been fixed in SVN.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
