Description:
------------
It would be useful to have generic http_negotiate_* function which would work exactly as existing negotiating function, but would accept the header value in the addition.

Example function declaration:
string http_negotiate_value($header, $supported, &$result = null);

$supported is array of supported values

$result will be filled with an array containing negotiation results

Returns the negotiated value or the default value (i.e. first array entry) if none match.
