We have a number of files on our webserver where the mtime is being reported as 01/01/1970 01:00:00. If the files are modified the mtime is not reported as being updated within APC.

php.ini settings:

pc.enabled=1
apc.shm_segments=1
apc.optimization=0
apc.shm_size=128
apc.ttl=120
apc.user_ttl=120
apc.gc_ttl=120
apc.stat=1
apc.stat_ctime=0
apc.num_files_hint=1024
apc.user_entries_hint=100
apc.mmap_file_mask=/dev/zero
apc.include_once_override=1
