Description:
------------
I would like to be able to set the max runtime for a give
query, I know the CLI driver supports this ability through a
statement attribute. If you could implement it within the
driver it would be great at this time there is no way to
limit the max runtime of a given query on the system.

The statement attribute is 'SQL_ATTR_QUERY_TIMEOUT'.
