When uploading a file using apc_fetch to collect the upload status it
stops providing data after one hour (see http://pecl.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=14198).

i still have these problem. When the upload files needs more then
exactly 3600 seconds the return value of the apc_fetch is
null but the upload works on.

The apc.rfc1867_ttl Option (=7200) has no effect?

This is my configuration:

APC is no longer supported in favor of opcache that comes bundled with PHP, if you wish to use the user cache, then look at PECL/APCu.
