Description:
------------
"make test" doesn't work properly if you have the default PHP version installed and you try to install the module in another PHP version at another location.

However if you do "make install" the module is installed properly.

Reproduce code:
---------------
/usr/local/e2t/php/bin/phpize
./configure --with-php-config=/usr/local/e2t/php/bin/php-config
make
make test

Expected result:
----------------
make test should return no errors.

Actual result:
--------------
# make test

Build complete.
Don't forget to run 'make test'.

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: memcache: Unable to initialize module

`make test` is not that smart to be able to choose PHP version you meant to test with.
This might be a (minor) problem with the test framework (patches are always welcome), but it's definitely not a PECL/memcache problem.
