When fetching the first column name with array_index_start 0 the error:
Warning: ingres_field_name(): php_ii_field_name() called with wrong index (-1) in /home/grant/public_html/php/pecl/2.0/ingres/ingres_field_name.php on line 23

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
