Description:
------------
The xhprof.so library will build on my system (Debian Lenny), however it will not load due to an unresolved symbol CPU_ZERO.

This is due to the incorrect use of __USE_GNU, which subsequently gets undefined by /usr/local/features.h. The correct define to use is _GNU_SOURCE, which causes __USE_GNU to be defined within features.h.

This define must also happen before php.h is included, as php.h indirectly includes sched.h on my system.

Reproduce code:
---------------
A patch to fix this problem can be found here:

http://playground.audioscrobbler.com/russ/xhprof_gnu.patch.txt

Actual result:
--------------
/usr/sbin/apache2: symbol lookup error: /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-zts-20060613/xhprof.so: undefined symbol: CPU_ZERO

Thanks for filing the issue and suggesting a patch. We'll try out the patch in our env to make sure it is fine, and then check in the fix.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PECL better.
