Description:
------------
Looking at a particular release, there is no indication whether it is beta or stable, e.g.:
http://pecl.php.net/package-info.php?package=APC&version=3.1.2

This information is only on the top-level page, which users may not read:
http://pecl.php.net/package/APC

It should probably be displayed on individual releases as well.

Expected result:
----------------
I expect to have some indication as to whether a release is beta or stable on the release page itself.

Actual result:
--------------
The user has no indication that a beta release is beta.
