Building fails because API small changed in recent versions of PHP.

I'm build runkit on PHP 5.3.0 and can suggest 3 patches needed fo it: http://hubbitus.net.ru/patches/php-pecl-runkit/

0.9 is known to not build with 5_3, please instead try runkit 
from CVS
