svn_blame() returns -1 in rev for each line

Reproduce code:
---------------
print_r(svn_blame("http://phpminadmin.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/phpminadmin/trunk/index.php"));

Expected result:
----------------
Array
(
    [0] => Array
        (
            [rev] => -1
            [line_no] => 1
            [line] => <?php
        )

...

Actual result:
--------------
Array
(
    [0] => Array
        (
            [rev] => 1
            [line_no] => 1

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
