The reproduction code is no longer available, but it's safe to assume this is one of the known "leaks" that APC produces.  These don't actually leak memory as Zend will cleanup. For the time being these probably won't be fixed as they involve underlying complications in the engine. You can disable these warnings by setting report_memleaks to Off in your INI configuration.
