Description:
------------
At present, it's impossible to generate an image of one uniform color within one operation. Instead, a new ImagickPixel must be created, on which setColor is used, and which is then passed to Imagick::newImage.

If instead ImagickPixel's constructor was able to take a color value as a parameter, this would greatly simplify the use of ImagickPixel. An example usage is given below.

Reproduce code:
---------------
$i = new Imagick();
$i->newImage(420, 300, new ImagickPixel('blue'));
