Description:
------------
Functions using _db2_new_stmt_struct() internal function to allocate new statement struct do not free the struct in case of error which results in leaks.
See db2_table_privileges(), db2_prepare() and others.
In these functions before RETURN_FALSE (after allocating the statement) you should destroy and free the statement struct.
