Please see the example code.
When I connect a SQLite file, the dbx_close ALWAYS return false.

Reproduce code:
$link = dbx_connect(DBX_SQLITE, '', dirname(__FILE__) . '/test.sqlite', '', '');
if (dbx_close($link)) {
    echo 'TRUE';
} else {
    echo 'FALSE';

The dbx extension is unmaintained (latest commit has been 6 years ago);
therefore I'm suspending this ticket.
