Description:
------------
If a second file upload begins while another is still in progress the first upload_x variable stops updating. This occurs despite a unique key being provided for each form submission. Likewise, if a third upload begins the second upload_x will stop updating and so on.

This is under a threaded web server, I assume?

You can only have one upload per process. In a multi-process server it works fine.

I'll have a look at making it multithreaded, but I have a distinct distrust for multithreaded web servers, so it probably won't be high on my priority list.
