Description:
------------
This is a bit complex to describe so I've attached file which reproduce the problem

http://ka2er.free.fr/bugs/bug_include.zip

PHP version used is 5.2.0

Reproduce code:
---------------
unzip the archive (keep the folders structure) in a server with APC enabled.

call the sub_dir/index.php script 3 times. Each time changing the variable $include.

Instructions are in the index.php file.

Please test it as is it more simple to understand the problem in action than describing it.

Expected result:
----------------
I want to get an error when $include change for a non existent file while there was a correct include before.

I'm unable to reproduce with the given script. Can you please send in your build and ini configuration?
