After upgrading from APC 3.0.10 to APC 3.0.11, these errors started popping up all over:

Disabling APC makes the warnings not appear. Using eAccelerator, no warnings show. Using APC 3.0.10, no warnings show.

Is this an APC bug or is this something that has to be fixed on our side?
