error while expand binary files from archive

Reproduce code:
---------------
Zip Usage Example from PHP documentation
http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.zip.php

Expected result:
----------------
printing binary file(JPEG picture via echo "$buf\n";) to html

Actual result:
--------------
printing only part of file from start to first 00 character. This problem not present zip in version 1.0

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
