undefuned method fetchSingle BUG

Reproduce code:
---------------
$DB_Layer = new PDO("mysql:host=$db_server;dbname=$db_name", 
      $db_username, $db_password, 
      array(PDO::ATTR_PERSISTENT => $db_pconnect));
      

      
$results = $DB_Layer->query("SELECT * FROM session");
$results->fetchSingle();


Actual result:
--------------
Fatal error: Call to undefined method PDOStatement::fetchSingle()

That's correct; there is no fetchSingle method.
