This is a website problem, not an XML_XUL bug.
 [2005-09-30 10:03 UTC] mj@php.net
The script the generates the API documentation was unable to figure out the name of the package and thus the documentation went in "-0.8.2" instead of "XML_XUL-0.8.2". For now I've simply moved the directory to the right name, but we'll still need to figure out what exactly made the script fail.

Considering that the version 0.8.2 of XML_XUL was released back in spring the problem was most likely related to the ancient 1.3.x branch of PEAR. With PEAR 1.4.1, which we are now using on the site, the issue does not show up.
