Description:
------------
Using setFetchMode() with PDO_FETCH_NAMED returns the following error:

SQLSTATE[22003]: Numeric value out of range: mode is out of range

I use PDO 0.9 with the drivers from the latest release.
This was tested with the MySQL driver only, I don't know about others.

Reproduce code:
---------------
$pdo = new PDO('mysql:dbname=database;host=localhost', 'root', 'root');
$stmt = $pdo->prepare('SELECT * FROM products, options');
$stmt->setFetchMode(PDO_FETCH_NAMED);
