Description:
------------
If can iterator over PDOStatement like

$stmt->execute(..)
$stmt->setFetchMode(PDO_..);
foreach($stmt as $blah)
{
...
}

shouldn't PDOStatement implement the Traversable interface, or even more ideally either Iterator or IteratorAggregate?
