Someone needs to fix the ongoing signature problems that have been bugging Steph and others for some time.

A possible solution might be to store the signatures in a database instead of files. (See Greg's email on pear-webmaster from 05.01.05 02:29.)

This bug is just there so that we don't forget about it.

This has been fixed by Greg's recent commit to pearweb/include/signatures.php.
