For xmlReader version 1.0 (stable)

  * The README supplied with version 1.0 states:
"This extension is designed to only work under PHP 5."
This dependecy is not list on the PECL webpage

  * The release is described as stable, but the package contains
      the file EXPERIMENTAL.
