* There is no link back to the package home page from the API documentation sites

* When I edit a package, then i didn't return to the package home page after saving. I have to press cancel, which isn't intuitive.

Added tabbed navigation to the package edit page.

API docs are implemented via PHP Documentor, making a linkback difficult to implement.

Could we at least link the Pear logo [top left] back to the 
front of the site, then at least we could get back to a 
package search form...
