Description:
------------
Each package doesn't have it's own "area" in the manual.
If I want to look at HTML_Form, the information is on the first page of the HTML Chapter.

This creates problems for authors who want a stable link to their package, and is plain confusing for newer visitors.

This has been discussed on the pear-doc mailing list, this report exists so we can keep track of the topic.

Martin made some changes in CVS a week or so ago that will fix this once the manual gets rebuilt.
