Tried the advice on ID#4410 to no avail.

It seems this problem is prone to appear on any version of Windows (confirmed on NT 4.0 and Win98) where the php files are installed on any drive other that C:\. Not sure if anything else could be causing this because it started soon as Win98 was reloaded onto a new partition (d:).

If there is a newer build than that released on June38th please let me know.

Any suggtestions would be greatly appreciated (I know, I know; Linux would be installed if I had compatible hardware).

Could you post the results of a call to phpinfo() on a page that you have posted data to?
