Description:
------------
When I try to search for all packages using the 'Search Packages', I get a list with all the packages (great!), but the links are wrong.

Reproduce code:
---------------
Access http://pear.php.net or http://pecl.php.net
Click in 'Search Packages'
Write nothing and just click in Search.
Look the list, try to access a package, what happens?

Expected result:
----------------
Get the right links to the packages I'm trying to access.
