Description:
------------
I'd like to propose a change to the text for the quck fix "Fixed in release":
It should read

"... This issue has been fixed ..."

instead of

"... This issue has already been fixed ..."

because otherwise it sounds like it's telling the user "you didn't try the latest version", while in fact, it is merely saying that the latest release (which may have been released after the bug was reported) does not have that problem.

This will be fixed when/if I get CVS access to pearweb :P

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pear.php.net.

In case this was a pear.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PEAR better.
