Can the bug page http://pear.php.net/bugs/search.php
have a "recently updated" search added?  This would let us query what bug activity is happening in the PEAR world.

The field could be "Date: Return bugs updated" similar to the existing "Date: Return bugs submitted" choice.

There are rumors that there will be a new bug interface soon. I've assigned that one here to Pierre, who is obviously working on the new thingie. Perhaps he'll take care of it.

Just another note: We are planning to switch the bug interface to Bugzilla between christmas and the new year, which will kind of "fix" this bug.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pear.php.net.

In case this was a pear.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
 
Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PEAR better.

Just implanted this, the way cjbj talked about, hope this is enough, plus we don't have a 'changelog' thing for the bug reports, if we did then this feature would have been much more useful and cooler ;)
